DSC_0340collage.jpgI wanted to surprise Jasmine and Monica as a thank you for visiting me. I decided to plan a day-trip to Victoria island for us and I successfully managed to keep it a surprise until 10 minutes before boarding!

It was a rushed morning but we made it to the terminal just in time for our flight to Victoria. It was my first time on seaplane! The seaplanes at Harbour Air are a fantastic way to get to the Island. I had incredible service and was so pleased with the whole experience. After taking off, we were immediately welcomed by beautiful sights of Vancouver and Stanley Park from above.

The flight was about half an hour and the seaplane landed in heart of downtown Victoria. The town was small and quaint, filled with short and colourful buildings. With the Harbour around the city and the parliament in the foreground – Victoria didn’t fail us with beautiful sights.

We had coffee at Habit then brunch right next door at Mole. The restaurant was a fantastic spot for brunch with so many creative and tasty menu items.

Good talks, good coffee, good food & good company is all I could ever ask for.
